Pasta and Pepperoni Salad

Nothing says summer like salad!  Here is one of my favorite summer salad recipes.

Rainbow Pasta Salad

1 lb tri-colored pasta
Zesty Italian dressing 
Black olives
Cheese (Parmesan or mozzarella or whatever ;>)

Cook pasta according to package directions.  Rinse well under cold water. Drain well.  Add remaining ingredients.

Toss and refrigerate at least overnight before serving.

NOTE:  I love to just throw in whatever veggie I find in the house, including:  onions, cucumbers, cauliflower, carrots, celery, and even cabbage!
